What is your delivery policy?
We offer free shipping on all orders and next day delivery. However, delivery of shipments to some customers may be delayed on public holidays such as Eid.

What is your return policy?
In the event that online purchases do not meet the customer's expectations, or if the product sent through Tamanna is wrong, damaged, or defective, we are pleased to provide free returns within 30 days of purchase.
Products may be returned (or exchanged if they are in stock) provided they comply with our Return Policy:
- The product is sold or sent by Tamanna.
- The product must be in the original packaging and in a condition that allows for resale. Clothing, shoes (including slippers) and other items should be free of any marks and undamaged.
- All tags, washing and care instructions, extra buttons, dust bags (if present upon receipt) and branded boxes (for shoes) are intact and should be returned with the product.
- Shoes must be returned in their original branded packaging and dust bags (where available) and placed inside a protective box for shipment.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. in some cases. Products falling into the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewelry and/or earrings
- Underwear, pantyhose, pantyhose, lingerie, swimwear, and products that have hygienic tape that has been peeled or damaged.
- Fragrances (including home fragrances), skin care, hair care, aerosols and cosmetics that have been partially used, tried on or opened.
- No items will be returned if they have been resized, modified or otherwise damaged after delivery.
In exceptional circumstances, such as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, local authorities may apply market-specific regulations that may affect the refund and return policy.
How can I return products I have purchased?
You can return products within 30 days of receipt. You can choose between returning the product(s) through the Tamanna “Order and Collect” platform at the Avenues Mall, or we can arrange an appointment to collect the product from your home.
Please follow these return steps:
- Return via a platform that fulfills “order it and collect it”
First Step: Fill in the return form and specify the reason for the return. Step 2: Please ensure that the products comply with our return policy. Step 3: Please place the returned product(s) in the same packaging that was used for delivery. Step 4: Ensure that the return form is attached to the packaging. Step 5: Seal the packaging. Step Six: Go to the Tamanna “Order and Collect” platform and return the product(s) at the reception desk, and you will find our customer service team ready to assist you in returning the product(s) with pleasure.
- Free home pick up service
Step 1: Call our customer service team on +965 99743563 and provide them with the Order ID relevant to the product(s) you wish to return, your contact details and phone number.
Our customer service team will gladly assist you in returning your product(s).
Step 2: You will receive a call from the logistics provider to confirm when the returned product(s) will be received from you. Step 3: Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team Step 4: Once we receive the returned shipment at our warehouse and the products have been processed, we will give you a full refund within 15 days.
What should I do with the products I want to return?
Please put the products in the original packaging that you received from Tamanna. And don't forget to fill out the return form, seal the packaging, and attach the return form with the original packaging.
What is your return policy?

Credit Card: The refund amount will be credited by issuing a credit note to the credit card account from which we debited the amount. The refund amount should appear on the following credit card statement. The time it takes for a refund to be issued depends on the payment method used. Subject to the above exceptions, we will process the refund within 15 days of receiving the returned/exchanged products.
